Fall Release
The new Seasonal Colors for Fall 2019 have just been released and you’re going to fall in love with them! Personally, this is my favorite time of year and the new colors really capture the essence of Fall.

I’m still trying to decide which color is my favorite and it’s a really tough choice! Green has always been my top choice, all shades of it, and we have four in this new lineup. So, I’m just a little giddy about that. However, 1987 caught my attention because it’s a seriously trending color and it just happens to match my website.

I have three different furniture artists working with three of the colors now and I’m dying to see their completed pieces! But, I will share some sneak peeks below and add the full images as they come in. So, be sure to check back for updated pics.

I know you’re anxious to see the colors but I also want to let new followers know a little more about Wise Owl Chalk Synthesis Paint, and what makes it special. So, here’s the basic info:

The Colors
Okay, let’s take a closer look at each new color. We might as well start with “1987” because the name alone is pretty perfect! Yes, this 80’s child is slightly biased.
1987 can best be described as a beautifully balanced nude, that doesn’t have heavy pink undertones. It’s a gorgeous neutral that isn’t overly feminine.

This next color was named after my fellow retailer’s business, Foxtrot Woodworks and Design. Foxtrot is the color Brent Haynes came up with and if you know him at all, you know it was a perfect choice. If you don’t know him, you really should follow him because he’s a multi-talented man!

We might as well continue with the greens…Say “hello” to Spanish Olive. Yummy, right?

Now, I think it’s safe to say that “Botanical” is nothing short of stunning!! And, I’m guessing it will be a crowd favorite. I mean how can anyone not love this gorgeous green?

Military Bronze raises the bar on neutrals and I predict this one is going to win the hearts of many!

This gorgeous buffet was refinished by my talented friend, Angela. What a stunning transformation, don’t you think?! Angela owns Cotton Chaos & Co., where she creates beautiful furniture pieces. Be sure to check her page out.

Isles Ave is a warm and creamy white that ties all of the colors together and makes you think of throw blankets and sweaters, during those cooler fall evenings. I can almost hear the fire crackling now…

If you’re a fan of Navy Blue and/or Indigo Blue, you’ll love Nautilus. There is a slight purple undertone that makes this blue really stand out.

Last but not least, you simply cannot have autumn without yellow and Turmeric adds fall warmth beautifully.

Here’s another sneak peek from my friend, Jessie. She attended one of my furniture painting workshops a few years ago and I’m so proud of the artist she has become. She definitely has a gift and I’m excited to share her full reveal. Jessie added dark wax to deepen the color, but the photo on the top right shows the true color of Turmeric. You can find Jessie at 3 Times Shabby Chic.
