SHIPPING

Do you offer Local Pickup?

Yes, on everything except any products made by Wise Owl and GreenEZ. You can place an order for local pickup in Santa Rosa, CA. Be sure to include your phone number when you place your order so I can contact you to arrange a pickup time and provide you with the pickup location.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, we automatically combine multiple products whenever possible for the best shipping rate. And we will refund the difference to you once your order has been packed.

How long before my order ships?

Your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Rates, within 1-3 business days. Please allow for extra time during the holiday season. 

Will I get tracking information?

Yes, of course! Your tracking will be emailed to you as your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, not at this time.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted unless the items are defective or damaged. To return a damaged/defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product, or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at admin@shangrilalane.com and we will file a claim and get you a replacement.
